Feedback and complaints

If something about your care was not right, we would rather know.

Tell us directly

Call or text 0499 024 080, or email admin@gvendo.com.

Most things are quickest to sort out this way. If you tell us there is a problem we will look into it and come back to you.

Tell us anonymously

There is a QR code on the printed information given to you after treatment that lets you tell us something anonymously. Anonymous feedback reaches us with nothing attached to identify you. Use it if you would rather not have the conversation directly. We read all of it.

Making a formal complaint

If you have raised something with us and you are not satisfied with how it was handled, you can take it further.

The Health Care Complaints Commission is independent of this Practice and handles complaints about health service providers in New South Wales.

• 1800 043 159, free within NSW, Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm

• hccc.nsw.gov.au

Complaints to the Commission must be made in writing. Their enquiry line can help you with that if you need it.

You may also contact the Commission without raising the matter with us first. It is your choice.

Your rights

The Australian Charter of Healthcare Rights sets out what you can expect when receiving health care anywhere in Australia: access, safety, respect, partnership, information, privacy, and the right to give feedback or make a complaint without it affecting the way you are treated.

You can read it on our practice standards page or at safetyandquality.gov.au/your-rights.
